wildfowl in wood

I started at age
14,
carving a few duck decoys to fool a few ducks.
Some fifty years later it has evolved into an art form that every
now and then fools a few people.
I use mostly basswood and tupelo.
The birds are etched with a fine-bladed burning pen to get the
feather patterns and the softness.
All are hand-painted with acrylic paint and the habitat is also
hand made.
I would like to share my art work with you.
